TIER REQUIREMENTS

Entry-level reps with big dreams and fresh energy.

• Public social media account (IG/TikTok)
• 1 Ilogear-related post per week
• Tag @ilogear and use #ilogearcollective
• Weekly engagement with other Collective members’ content
• Share 15% discount code
• Participate in virtual check-ins and IG Lives
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and encouraging online presence

2. Content Creators

Mid-tier leaders with creativity and consistent presence.

• Minimum 1,000 followers on at least one platform
• 1 high-quality post per week (Reels, tutorials, carousels, etc.)
• Submit 1 piece of original content per month
• Highlight styling tips and new product drops
• Consistent, brand-aligned visual content
  
• Actively share and promote affiliate codes

3. Brand Ambassadors

Top-tier creatives with strong community influence.

• 1.5K+ engaged followers on Instagram or TikTok
• Consistent weekly content (posts + stories)
• Participate in photo/video shoots when possible
