ilogear SHIPPING POLICY

FREE Shipping on Orders $150+

• Orders are shipped Priority USPS, Flat Rate. We also offer in-store pickup for local customers.
• Orders with in-stock items are processed and shipped within 5 business days, from time received.
• Orders with items that are not in stock will be shipped within 15 business days.
• The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit.
• Orders placed between Friday after 2pm EST - Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
• Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review, in which case the customer will be contacted. This can delay shipping time. 
• You will be informed about the estimated ship date if your order is delayed.
• You will receive a follow up email with tracking number as soon as your order ships.

International

• International shipments to selected Countries ONLY.
• International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International or UPS.
• International orders are shipped out with duties and taxes unpaid.
• Ilogear does not collect duties or taxes on International orders and we can not determine what those charges will be.
• Local post offices may charge additional fees upon delivery.
• International Orders may be returned under the same policies of domestic orders, however Ilogear does not cover the cost of returns/exchanges of International orders.
